At first, I thought the Decoding Race would awaken Ngũ Xã’s legacy in nearly a hundred people – 30 players and 40 volunteers. Yet as teams rushed through Hanoi’s historic sites, I saw many only racing toward the next clue, missing the stories beneath their feet. For a moment, I wondered if the plan had failed.

But in bringing together 40 peers who cared deeply about culture, we had found our people. And perhaps, some of the stories we wove into the clues will linger quietly in the minds of those who ran past them.
